Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using CoolPads. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and content.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CoolPads, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CoolPads. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Landlord Listings

Landlords may list properties for free on CoolPads. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings. Listings must comply with all applicable fair housing laws. CoolPads reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or applicable laws.

4. Rental Applications

A $30 application fee grants renters a universal application valid for 30 days across all CoolPads listings. Fees are non-refundable. Submission of an application does not guarantee tenancy. Landlords make all final leasing decisions.

5. Fair Housing

CoolPads is committed to equal housing opportunity. All users must comply with the Fair Housing Act and applicable state and local fair housing laws. Discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status, or any other protected class is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use CoolPads to post false or misleading information, harass other users, attempt to circumvent security features, scrape or copy content without permission, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on CoolPads are the property of CoolPads or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

CoolPads is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of landlords or renters, or the outcome of any rental transaction. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoolPads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, data loss, or property damage.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support@coolpads.app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
